Relax in one of our two saunas. The temperatures in the bio-sauna are slightly lower than in ordinary saunas. It is therefore particularly suitable for guests who are not used to excessively high temperatures but do not want to miss out on the therapeutic effect. Due to the lower temperatures and the evenly high humidity, essential oils can be used in the bio sauna, which have a calming effect. Our sauna is also equipped with coloured lighting to appeal equally to all the senses. In addition to the bio sauna, you also have the option of using our Finnish sauna. Probably the most traditional form of sauna, it is characterised by rather dry air and very high temperatures. It has a particularly refreshing and regenerating effect on the skin and offers relaxation after a long day in Wernigerode and the Harz Mountains.
